Password recovery of the unified communications manager administration user can be done in the operation system CLI of the system. This can be accessed via SSH of the console of the system. You need an OS administrator ID and password of the system to connect to this CLI.
For example you lost your password of the ccmadministrator ID and can’t logon to the unified cm administration page. To reset this ID of your callmanager (ccm) you need the OS administration ID which was defined during the installation.
To reset the administrator username:

utils reset_ui_administrator_name
To reset the administrator password:

utils reset_ui_administrator_password
